Japan: Hospitality brand YOTEL has partnered with operator Frasers Hospitality to launch the first YOTEL property in Japan, located in Ginza, Tokyo early next year.
YOTEL Tokyo Ginza will feature 244 rooms along with the brand’s motorised Smart Beds, robotic concierge, as well as digital guest experience technologies from reservation to check-out.
The property marks the first for YOTEL in Japan, and forms part of a wider strategy to expand across key cities including Osaka, Kyoto, Sapporo, Yokohama, Fukuoka, Nagoya, and Kobe.
The opening will be followed by several openings in the region for company. Hotels in Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur are set to launch in 2025-2026.
