Canada: Hotelier Sukhdev Toor will open his first property under the TOOR brand this summer, comprising an urban boutique and multifamily residential tower located in downtown Toronto.
The 33-storey development will offer 232 guest rooms and suites, as well as 181 multifamily rental units. The building’s architecture has been led by Arcadis IBI Group with hotel interiors by DesignAgency.
On-property amenities include a French-inspired bistro and bar set over two floors, a fitness centre and yoga studio, a 3,000 square-foot terrace, and an additional 1,100 square-feet of meeting and event space.
The Muse Bistro + Bar has been designed by Mackaywong with a custom menu from The Fifteen Group.
Situated above the TOOR Hotel, rental units comprise the top 15 floors of the building. It is expected to be one of the first projects to offer multifamily residences above an upscale hotel.

TOOR Hotel will open in 2024 and will be the first of four boutique TOOR Hotel Collection properties scheduled to open in downtown Toronto over the next five years. The collection will range from lifestyle to luxury five-star hotels.
