IHG Hotels & Resorts has today announced the signing of Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen, Vignette Collection, in Germany. With ownership by Dana Qadir and management by IHG, the property stands alongside Bristol Berlin and Alte Post in Reit im Winkl as the third Vignette Collection in Germany, underscoring IHG’s expanding luxury presence.
A new chapter in the Rheingau
Since its launch in 2021, Vignette Collection has attracted owners eager to benefit from IHG’s industry-leading enterprise while preserving each hotel’s unique character, style, and name. In just three years, the brand has already passed the halfway mark toward its ambitious goal of reaching 100 hotels by 2030—proving that individuality really does scale (who says you can’t have personality and pipelines?).
Nestled in the picturesque village of Eltville-Erbach, the hotel enjoys an enviable spot in the famed Rheingau wine region along the Rhine, not far from Wiesbaden and Mainz. Just 35 kilometers from Frankfurt International Airport and well connected to motorways, the town is also home to the Rheingau Music Festival—one of Europe’s largest, drawing more than 100,000 visitors annually.
The property currently offers 53 rooms and suites, three restaurants and bars, nine meeting rooms totaling 380 square meters, and a wellness area—with room to grow in the future.
Forging a shared vision
“We are delighted to partner with Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen, whose dedicated investment and shared vision for this unique property exemplify a commitment to excellence,” said Mario Maxeiner, Managing Director Northern Europe, IHG Hotels & Resorts. Hevar Berzenji, Owner of the Operating Company of Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen, added, “Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen, Vignette Collection will become a place where indulgence and hospitality merge in perfect harmony.”
Bardo-Maria Feuring of Feuring Hotel Consulting GmbH in Mainz emphasized the broader significance of the signing: “The property—together with its sister hotel, Bristol Berlin, Vignette Collection—is embarking on a promising future as part of IHG’s Vignette Collection.”
Expanding a distinctive global portfolio
Vignette Collection brings together a portfolio of distinct hotels, each celebrating individuality while sharing the brand’s promise of “A Means For Good” and its signature Memorable Rituals. For owners, it offers a compelling opportunity to combine unique character with the strength of IHG’s global enterprise and scale. For trusted hotel suppliers and partners, this growth represents fresh opportunities to collaborate on projects that prioritize quality, innovation, and authentic guest experiences.
Hotel Schloss Reinhartshausen, Vignette Collection, will join IHG’s growing presence in Germany, where the company counts 171 open hotels and 65 more in the pipeline across ten diverse brands, from InterContinental and Kimpton to Holiday Inn Express and Candlewood Suites. (Numbers as of June 30, 2025).
