Hong Kong: Langham Hospitality Group has signed a management agreement to launch the second hotel under its millennial lifestyle brand Ying’nFlo in Admiralty, Hong Kong.
The new Ying’nFlo, Wesley Admiralty hotel is set to open in September 2023 and follows the debut of Ying’nFlo in Wanchai, Hong Kong in 2022. When the hotel opens, it will be available for both short and long-term stays.
A renovation plan will include a soft upgrade of all 251 rooms as well as the installation of the House of Ying’nFlo – the brand’s lifestyle hub which will be spread across three floors. The space will include an open-plan arrival lobby, meeting spaces, a gym and a laundry room, as well as a cafe restaurant which is due to open in Q1 2024.
Design features will involve an upcoming collaboration with a local artist to create an exterior mural. Additional art initiatives will take place in the social spaces.
Using the Ying’nFlo app, guests will also be able to manage aspects of their stay such as checking in/out, accessing rooms, and communicating with staff.
