UK: Global investment firm KKR and its European hospitality partner Amante Capital have acquired of the Park Grand London Kensington Hotel from Bartek Holdings Limited for an undisclosed amount.
The 132-bedroom Park Grand London Kensington Hotel will undergo a refurbishment, which will include enhancements to the property’s environmental credentials, and be repositioned as a boutique lifestyle hotel operated by Amante Capital under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand.
It marks the first acquisition by KKR and Amante since the latter launched in 2022.
The acquisition was made through KKR’s Real Estate Partners Europe II (REPE II), a fund dedicated to value-add and opportunistic real estate investments in Western Europe.
Colliers advised KKR and Amante on the acquisition.
