Dreamscape Hospitality has named Bill Stadler as its chief investment officer. In this role, he will lead the company’s investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, capital deployment and strategic partnerships to drive the company’s next phase of growth.
He brings more than 40 years of experience in the lodging industry with expertise in finance, real estate and strategic expansion. He most recently served as chief investment officer at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he played a role in scaling the company from 150 hotels and a $100 million valuation to more than 1,500 hotels worldwide valued at more than $1.8 billion.
“Bill’s experience in scaling major portfolios and executing transformative investments will be instrumental as Dreamscape accelerates its growth,” said Adam Patenaude, president, Dreamscape Hospitality.
The company currently manages more than 35 hotels and has 60 properties in the pipeline.
