US: Kimpton Hotel Born located in Denver is set to be reflagged as Limelight Denver, marking the first urban hotel under the Limelight brand.
Continuum Partners LLC has sold an interest in Kimpton Hotel Born to Aspen Hospitality, the operating arm of Aspen Skiing Company. The joint venture will convert the property to Limelight Denver which Aspen Hospitality will oversee.
Hotel Born will continue to operate as usual until the conversion begins. It originally opened in 2017 and features 200 rooms and suites, a restaurant, and 14,000 square feet of meeting space. All amenities will be updated as part of the transformation.
When complete, Limelight Denver will join three other Limelight hotels in Aspen (Colorado), Ketchum (Idaho) and Snowmass (Colorado). Additional hotels are set to open in Boulder (Colorado) and Mammoth (California).

Continuum will retain exclusive ownership of the adjacent mixed-use property, known as Block A, including an office building, two leased retail spaces, and the Tavernetta and Sunday Vinyl restaurants which are both operated by Frasca Hospitality Group.
