Extended Stay America recently held its annual owners conference in Dallas, where the theme was “Stronger Together.”

Extended Stay America leaders presented recent performance successes and key initiatives spanning marketing, sales, operations, design, construction and training. In addition to these presentations, the conference also featured insights from industry expert Cindy Estis Green of Kalibri, a panel discussion on the current state of hotel financing and best practice sharing amongst franchisees.
At the conference, Extended Stay America recognized its top-performing franchise hotels. The awards were presented by Mark Williams, managing director, franchise development, and Lisa Giaimo, VP, franchise, celebrating the achievements of franchise owners who have demonstrated excellence in operations, guest experience and development.

- Best Overall Experience: Extended Stay America Premier Suites Greenville – Spartanburg, owned by VMV Capital
- Most Improved Hotel: Extended Stay America Select Suites Jackson North, owned by Trinity Jackson Hotel LLC
- Best New Hotel/Ramp Up: Extended Stay America Premier Suites Asheville, owned by TGC Group
